Who we are
The Mendocino County Kennel Club is a community of dog lovers who believe that life is better when shared with our four-legged companions. Based in beautiful Mendocino County, we bring together people and their dogs to learn, connect, and grow — whether through competition, community events, or simply the joy of spending time together.
Our members are dedicated to promoting responsible dog ownership, supporting the bond between dogs and their people, and creating opportunities for fun and friendship. From obedience to new skills like scent work and Canine Good Citizen tests, we offer activities that engage both ends of the leash.
As an all-breed club, we welcome purebred and mixed-breed dogs alike. Our events and gatherings give everyone the chance to celebrate their dogs, try something new, and be part of a welcoming, supportive community.
